Mobile Branch Banker (Retail Banking)

Location: Clarendon Hills, Illinois, United States; in-office role with travel to multiple external work locations

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Build the retail customer base through proactive outbound sales conversations and customer acquisition.
• Sell banking products and services at non-hirify.global locations and identify opportunities to meet customers’ financial needs.
• Connect customers with hirify.global Investment, hirify.global Mortgage, and consumer lending partners when appropriate.
• Onboard new clients, develop appointment pipelines, and grow household relationships through needs-based conversations.
• Plan and deliver customer events at external locations to increase acquisition, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Educate and coach customers on hirify.global technology options while traveling between work locations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge; an associate degree or equivalent is typically expected, though comparable education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Access to reliable vehicle transportation for daily travel to multiple work locations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Current driver’s license issued by the state where the work and driving will occur, plus a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle with a GVWR over 10,001 pounds and under 26,001 pounds, and obtain and maintain a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, customer acquisition, sales closing, presentations, communications, and managing multiple priorities.
