Fullstack Software Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office in Warsaw, Poland, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Design and maintain new features across frontend (Angular) and backend (SOA/C#).
• Take technical ownership of feature delivery, ensuring high quality and scalability.
• Drive an automation-first approach by implementing E2E, API, and Integration tests.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads during analysis and refinement.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and development tools to improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 3+ years of professional experience with C# (.NET) and Angular.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and managing CI/CD pipelines (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of SQL and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) patterns.
• Familiarity with XP practices, specifically TDD and pair programming.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Background in FinTech or capital markets.
• Knowledge of financial derivatives such as options, futures, and swaps.
