What you will do

• Design and build scalable applications using Golang.
• Implement and optimize data storage solutions for maximum speed and scalability.
• Define structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment.

• Collaborate with Technical Leaders and client teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain high technical quality standards through code reviews and testing.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of commercial experience at a Senior Engineer level.
• Deep expertise in the Golang language.
• Proficiency with Git, databases, and cloud environments.
• Experience with automation, CI, and CD pipelines.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js.
• Knowledge of Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Understanding of Data Science techniques, including feature engineering and model evaluation.
