Senior Software Engineer (Golang) (Golang): Designing and building secure, high-performance applications and scalable data storage solutions with an accent on performance optimization, cloud environments, testing, and CI/CD. Focus on developing real-world software collaboratively, translating client requirements into digital products, and supporting reliable project delivery.
Location: Remote from Poland only

What you will do
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize applications using Golang.
- Support component design and uphold technical quality standards across projects.
- Design and implement data storage solutions for secure, scalable applications.
- Define structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment.
- Analyze client requirements, gather user and client feedback, and translate needs into solutions.
- Collaborate with client teams and Technical Leaders to execute projects and deliver on time.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of commercial software engineering experience at a senior level.
- Deep knowledge of Golang and experience delivering real-world software solutions.
- Experience with Git, databases, cloud environments, automation, CI/CD, and testing at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
- Experience with pull requests, code reviews, and agile development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work remotely from Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries.
- Financial services experience.
- Knowledge of data science techniques, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
