Organization Change Management Lead

Location: Hybrid work in Buffalo, NY and East Aurora, NY, United States

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead change strategy and execution for complex or high-impact Corporate IT initiatives from planning through adoption and sustainment.
• Advise project managers, sponsors, leaders, and business stakeholders on people-related risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, organizational readiness, adoption risks, and resistance.
• Develop strategies for stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership alignment, learning, readiness, and adoption.
• Measure readiness, adoption, behavior change, and sustainment, using insights to adjust the approach.
• Mentor developing OCM practitioners and improve Corporate IT change tools, standards, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, information systems, communications, business, or a related discipline; advanced education is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, transformation, project delivery, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing change strategies across multiple stages of the project lifecycle, preferably for technology-enabled change.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement, communication, influence, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt change management frameworks and tools to the scale and complexity of each initiative.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Buffalo or East Aurora, New York.

Nice to have

• Change management certification or designation such as ACMP/CCMP or Prosci.
