Senior Process Engineer (Medtech)

Location: Dexter, Michigan, United States of America; onsite at least 4 days per week. Travel is less than 10%.

Salary: $103,200–$154,800 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Optimize dip molding processes to improve production yields.
• Lead end-to-end development, tooling design, and scale-up of dip molding manufacturing lines for catheters.
• Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing.
• Implement equipment, material, and process modifications to improve quality, efficiency, and production techniques.
• Collaborate with product design and development personnel to align product designs with manufacturing processes.
• Develop and transfer new manufacturing concepts, processes, tooling, and equipment into manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with no minimum experience requirement.
• Experience with manufacturing process development, optimization, equipment, materials, tooling, and scale-up.
• Ability to develop statistical process controls and measurement systems.
• Processes and procedures must comply with applicable regulations.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level.
• Foreign bachelor's degrees must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
