What you will do

• Ensure efficient and on-time execution of domestic and international transportation while meeting cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, export, customs, and dangerous goods documentation.
• Perform export control activities, including embargo screening, end-use verification, and sanctions list checks.
• Coordinate logistics service providers and monitor transportation and shipping activities.
• Investigate transportation deviations and damage claims, and review freight invoices for cost control and process reliability.
• Advise internal stakeholders on customs, export, dangerous goods, and Incoterms topics while supporting Lean, OPEX, and supply chain optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, forwarding, export operations, customs, or transportation management.
• Solid knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, export controls, and foreign trade compliance requirements.
• Experience with dangerous goods regulations, including ADR, IMDG Code, and IATA requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP, AEB, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent German and English language proficiency.
