Senior Consultant - Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Remote, United States; listed location: Austin, TX

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead functional workstreams through discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and release readiness.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, solution reviews, demonstrations, and design validation with client stakeholders.
• Assess current-state processes and define scalable future-state Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, specifications, and solution designs.
• Configure declarative Salesforce functionality, including Flow, objects, fields, security, reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate business and technical teams, support UAT and training, manage risks and dependencies, mentor consultants and Business Analysts, and contribute to reusable delivery assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of technology consulting, CRM, business transformation, or Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading functional or business workstreams through multiple phases of a technology implementation.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, including data, security, integration, environments, and release-management concepts.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements definition, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, testing, training, and deployment readiness.
• Strong client communication, presentation, problem-solving, Agile delivery, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Multiple Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist.
• Additional Salesforce or industry-specific credentials.
• Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
