E&C PM Staff/Sr/III - Maint Cap - West (Oil and Gas)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States — office-based; travel up to 50% required.

What you will do

• Lead multiple moderate-to-large, complex maintenance capital projects and project teams.
• Coordinate internal and external business partners, technical resources, contractors, and core project teams.
• Develop project plans, reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Prepare and review requests for proposals, evaluations, and contractor selections.
• Evaluate alternatives and implement engineering and operational recommendations that improve reliability, safety, and efficiency.
• Assess project economics and develop solutions that improve profitability over the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of experience in oil and gas engineering or project management.
• Extensive experience with facility construction or operations in the oil and gas industry.
• Solid understanding of PLC and Stage-Gate processes.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as the highest priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Master’s degree in business, project management, or engineering management.
• PMP, PE, or Microsoft Specialist Project certification.
