Global Strategic Sourcing Manager

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States. The role requires willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 20%.

Annual base salary: $91,000–$232,000, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies covering supplier selection, qualification, rationalization, benchmarking, total cost of ownership, and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, pricing agreements, performance assessments, and assigned procurement categories.
• Deliver cost reductions through market analysis, cost modeling, competitive sourcing, make-versus-buy analysis, negotiations, and global spend leverage.
• Build supplier and market intelligence, evaluate capabilities, and optimize supply chain performance and assurance of supply.
• Work with engineering teams on product requirements, manufacturing options, component sourcing, product roadmaps, and new product launch readiness.
• Drive lean transformation, continuous improvement, sourcing best practices, and sustainable cost controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in global strategic sourcing management and procurement.
• Experience with supplier selection, risk and compliance, international sourcing, negotiation, financial analysis, and roadmap alignment.
• Strong relationship management, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Project; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
• Due to U.S. export controls, candidates must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status.

Nice to have

• ISM C.P.M., CPSM, APICS CSCP/CPIM, or equivalent certification.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience.
