Marketing Communications Specialist (Semiconductor)

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan and execute showcase events, technology forums, regional symposia, customer engagements, expert panels, conferences, and university events.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, contracts, site inspections, audiovisual production, hospitality, transportation, accommodations, and other event logistics.
• Manage event registration, attendee communications, surveys, reporting, analytics, and onsite operations through Cvent.
• Develop internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, launch communications, and event updates.
• Coordinate with product marketing, sales, engineering, executives, customers, partners, academia, agencies, and vendors.
• Track event performance, media engagement, and campaign effectiveness using KPIs and analytics tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing, corporate communications, public relations, event marketing, or a related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-stakeholder events in a technology or B2B environment.
• Proficiency with Cvent, including event setup, registration management, attendee communications, reporting, and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including internal and executive communications.
• Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
