Associate Director - Global Advisory and Working Capital Finance Portfolio Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage assigned profitable customer relationships and take primary responsibility for commercial portfolio credit monitoring.
• Analyze country risk, develop limit recommendations, and present recommendations to approval authorities.
• Validate quarterly regulatory reporting exposures and aggregate country exposures for the country risk committee.
• Monitor market conditions in assigned geographies and communicate updates to management and oversight authorities.
• Underwrite and present credit limits for global insurance companies while managing ongoing portfolio administration and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Trade Operations, AML/BSA, Credit, Relationship Managers, Credit Review, and Segment Risk teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of underwriting experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Ability to work effectively on a multi-locale team.

Nice to have

• At least three years of experience underwriting global insurance companies and commercial credits, particularly mid- to large-cap corporates.
• At least one year of experience with country risk underwriting.
