Regional Quality Engineering (RQE) - Contract Position (Gas Services)

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada; travel up to 70%, including customer-site outages lasting 2–12 weeks

Salary: CAD 80,000–110,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead quality activities throughout the outage lifecycle for gas services projects.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection and test plans, and surveillance plans.
• Manage customer and supplier witness points, quality documentation, presentations, and field personnel training.
• Analyze project risks, contractual requirements, customer feedback, complaints, and nonconformance costs.
• Lead root cause investigations and monitor supplier corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support ISO and CSA N299 audits and drive quality objectives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or quality, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• At least 2 years of combined experience in manufacturing, field service, project quality, or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with quality plans, root cause analysis tools, auditing, lean projects, ISO 9001, and CSA N299.
• Strong proficiency with IT systems and data analytics; ability to work independently and stay organized.
