Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence (Healthcare)

Salary: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the analytics and business intelligence teams delivering data collection, mining, analysis, and actionable insights.
• Own the analytics and BI vision, strategy, roadmap, governance, platforms, and delivery.
• Advise Apexus leadership on strategic questions and improve data integrity, processes, and staff operations.
• Partner with technology and engineering leaders on organizational initiatives and business operations.
• Manage backlogs, prioritize work, participate in IT project governance, and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Attract, develop, coach, and retain technical and analytical professionals while supporting 340B stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data management, data engineering, technology, or business intelligence, including leadership of data or analytics teams.
• Strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and enterprise data assets.
• Experience leading and coaching technology teams and applying agile methodologies in complex, high-availability environments.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure DevOps, and Strategy preferred.
• Experience writing queries in SQL Server or Oracle.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; a relevant degree is preferred.

• Experience in 340B, pharmacy, manufacturing, wholesaling, or healthcare.
• Experience managing enterprise data assets in the healthcare industry.
