What you will do
- Serve as the focal point for supply customer feedback and logistics concerns.
- Create, modify, audit, and maintain organizational supply accounts in ILS-S and ELMS.
- Track customer backorders and coordinate with enterprise supply partners.
- Monitor priority orders and support manual accounting recovery during degraded operations.
- Maintain document-control records, custody listings, equipment transfers, and disposition of obsolete assets.
- Coordinate COMSEC items, War Reserve Materiel, and capital assets while liaising between base customers and logistics functions.
Requirements
- Qualifications equivalent to AFSC 2S071, Supply Management Craftsman, as defined in AFI 36-2101.
- At least two years of experience in base supply customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mastery of ILS-S and related products, including FEDLOG, WEBFLIS, and ELMS.
- Knowledge of Air Force materiel-management publications, including DAFMAN 23-300 and the ILS-S User’s Manual.
- Experience with equipment ordering, reporting, metrics, process improvement, training, compliance, safety, material handling, and Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in supply, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, property accountability, asset management, military or commercial supply regulations, and procurement procedures.
