Data Analyst III (People Analytics): Maintaining hiring, demand, onboarding, and recruiting operations data across Workday, Tableau, and advanced spreadsheet workbooks with an accent on data accuracy, reconciliation, and executive reporting. Focus on automating recurring data refreshes, resolving inconsistencies between systems, and building trusted dashboards that support AI, analytics, and automation initiatives.
Location: San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA; hybrid attendance required 3 days per week

What you will do
- Maintain and improve global hiring and demand tracking workbooks, including advanced formulas and automated recurring data refreshes.
- Transfer and reconcile data between Tableau, Workday, and internal regional trackers.
- Prepare executive Demand and Hires reporting and build Tableau dashboards for Programs and Recruiting leadership.
- Gather data from multiple sources for end-of-program evaluations and present results in clear dashboards.
- Maintain centralized onboarding data tracking for new hires.
- Document data governance changes, including start dates and hiring managers, with change ownership and timing.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tableau.
- Familiarity with Workday data structures.
- Expert Excel and Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas and workbook architecture.
- Experience serving as a point of contact across regional and functional stakeholders.
- Ability to reconcile inconsistent source data across systems.
- Clear written communication for cross-functional updates.
Nice to have
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey and evaluation distribution tools.
- Experience with executive-level reporting and dashboarding.
- Recruiting operations, HR operations, or people analytics experience.
