What you will do
- Collect, consolidate, analyze, and report workforce data across Legal functions.
- Analyze attrition, headcount, talent flow, diversity, exit interviews, compensation, performance, productivity, and talent acquisition data.
- Produce people metrics dashboards for Legal business segments and functions.
- Create clear summaries, charts, and graphs from large datasets.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and other functions on data requests.
- Support ad hoc workforce data projects and strategic workforce planning.
Requirements
- Four-year degree.
- At least 3 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into clear summaries and actionable recommendations.
