Workforce Analytics Model Standardization Consultant

Location: Remote within the United States

What you will do

• Standardize and clean interconnected Google Sheets models without changing sound forecasting logic.
• Audit formulas, dependencies, inputs, outputs, links, permissions, and data integrity to reduce production risk.
• Reverse-engineer undocumented models and create practical documentation, inventories, runbooks, and handoff materials.
• Organize Google Drive folders, archive stale versions, and preserve historical sources of truth for auditability and trend analysis.
• Support the monthly workforce planning and forecasting cycle through ingestion, reconciliation, formatting, quality checks, and risk escalation.
• Develop reusable FP&A and Operations pre-read templates, governance controls, and Jira workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, workforce planning, FP&A analytics, operations analytics, or a related data-focused field.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, interconnected files, data validation, error handling, performance optimization, and cross-file references.
• Experience reverse-engineering undocumented spreadsheet models and maintaining spreadsheet tools through live operating cycles.
• Experience with FP&A, workforce planning, demand forecasting, capacity planning, or similar recurring planning processes.
• Ability to independently pull, inspect, and validate data using SQL or an equivalent querying tool.
• Strong stakeholder discovery, documentation, communication, deadline management, and risk-escalation skills.

Nice to have

• Apps Script, Python, or another scripting language for lightweight analysis and workflow automation.
• Model governance, version control, documentation standards, review checklists, or audit-ready controls.
• Experience in regulated, audited, SOX-adjacent, healthcare, financial services, or similarly controlled environments.
• Jira workflow design and recurring planning packages for Finance, Operations, or executive stakeholders.
• Workforce management, contact center, clinical operations, care delivery, staffing, capacity, or productivity experience.
