What you will do

• Collect, consolidate, analyze, and report workforce data across the Legal organization.
• Analyze attrition, headcount, talent flow, diversity, exit interviews, compensation, performance, productivity, and talent acquisition data.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Produce people metrics dashboards, summaries, charts, and graphs to support decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and other functions on data requests.
• Support ad hoc projects using people data for strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• At least three years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills in formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to translate data analysis and research findings into clear summaries and actionable recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with HR teams and leadership.
