Senior Loan Sales Consultant (Personal Loans)

Location: Remote work available in Texas and Florida; training requires coming into the Tempe, Arizona office. Work an 8-hour shift between 8:00am and 10:00pm CST, Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, including one weekend day.

Salary: $85,000–$130,000+ per year, including hourly base pay, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives.

What you will do

• Convert warm leads into personal-loan applications and close sales within 1–2 calls.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions across different stages of the pipeline.
• Identify customer needs such as medical debt and home repairs and present suitable loan solutions.
• Exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience; outbound call center experience is preferred.
• Proven success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Ability to use Salesforce or a similar CRM while maintaining an effective sales conversation.
• Availability for an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day.
• Ability to attend training at the Tempe, Arizona office.
