Quality Auditor (Manufacturing)

Location: 181 Random Dr, New London, North Carolina, United States; onsite

Salary: $19–$20 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Participate in quality sampling procedures and prepare test samples using saws, a drill press, and a planer.
• Assist manufacturing teams with monitoring and maintaining product quality.
• Test in-process and post-production product characteristics and analyze, graph, record, and report results.
• Communicate audit and test results, including whether results meet acceptance criteria.
• Monitor quality trends and advise production and quality management.
• Maintain test records, enter results into databases, and support quality improvement actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic metrology skills and experience with test equipment.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse workforce.
• Successful completion of the Quality Skills test; overtime, holiday, and weekend work may be scheduled.

Nice to have

• Industrial manufacturing experience.
• ASQ CQT certification.
