Claims Dispute Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Receive, validate, and process claim documentation from financial institution clients.
• Identify disputed transactions and investigate them using ATM journal records and systems of record.
• Provide ATM journal information to financial institution clients when requested.
• Collaborate with clients to approve or deny claims based on the supporting documentation.
• Resolve claims within established Regulation E timelines.
• Report monthly KPIs for processed, approved, and declined claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work on-site in Spring, Texas.
