What you will do

• Develop and maintain execution plans covering milestones, resources, dependencies, deliverables, and completion status.
• Own the RAID framework, including risk mitigation, overdue-item tracking, and escalation.
• Build and administer Smartsheet templates, dashboards, reports, automated workflows, and executive views.
• Provide visibility into planned versus actual performance, milestone status, deliverable acceptance, forecasts, and schedule performance.
• Prepare and follow up on weekly Project Status Reviews, bi-weekly Steering Committees, and Leadership Reviews.
• Identify schedule and performance risks, track productivity KPIs, and prepare milestone acceptance, closure, and knowledge-transfer packages.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in PMO, project controls, program coordination, or a similar role supporting large-scale, multi-workstream programs.
• Advanced Smartsheet expertise, including dashboards, reports, automated workflows, templates, and scalable PMO environments.
• Strong experience with RAID management, milestone and dependency tracking, project controls, KPI reporting, and executive governance reporting.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable industry, with exposure to QMS, design controls, and audit readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and escalate risks proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with reusable PMO frameworks.
