Junior Accountant - Billing

Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid workplace

Finance–Accounting role supporting hirify.global’s Order-to-Cash operations and revenue lifecycle.

What you will do

• Process daily sales orders in NetSuite based on closed Salesforce opportunities.
• Validate customer, pricing, contractual, tax, and billing details before order processing.
• Create, review, send, and upload customer invoices and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Revenue, and Collections to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Respond to customer and internal queries about billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and order processing.
• Support month-end and quarter-end billing activities while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and billing or payment platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or Taulia.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across Finance, Sales, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
