Senior Solutions Architect - EMEA (Professional Services)

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom; travel up to 15% of the time may be required.

What you will do

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of hirify.global Images across customer organizations.
• Partner with account teams to understand customer goals, address pain points, and support value realization, retention, and growth.
• Test and document hirify.global Images as “customer zero” to ensure quality and smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
• Maintain account-level architecture and share implementation best practices across the organization.
• Teach, collaborate, and contribute to continuous improvement across the hirify.global team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, practices, and engineering design concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to engineers, executives, and other audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across engineering teams and business functions.
