TL;DR
Solutions Architect (AI): Designing, deploying, and optimizing production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers with an accent on cloud-native architecture, multi-agent frameworks, and high-availability patterns. Focus on building scalable LLM applications using and LangGraph, conducting technical assessments, and partnering with engineering teams to solve complex integration challenges.
Location: Must be based in Europe (UK and Netherlands preferred) with up to 25% travel.

What you will do
- Design scalable, highly-available AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
- Develop multi-agent systems and implement complex logic using and LangGraph frameworks.
- Conduct technical maturity assessments and infrastructure audits for enterprise customers.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide actionable technical recommendations.
- Optimize AI agent performance through comprehensive evaluation frameworks and prompt testing.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices for AI deployments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- 3+ years of experience designing production cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, networking, and infrastructure security.
- 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications using modern LLM frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Must be located in Europe with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Nice to have
- Background as a former founder.
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Deep knowledge of RAG patterns and vector store architectures.
