What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the hirify.global Group.
• Contribute to group-level budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning.
• Analyze group performance, including variance analysis and profitability assessments.
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial data for consolidation purposes.
• Develop and improve controlling processes and systems.
• Create management reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, focusing on Controlling, Accounting, or Finance.
• Solid understanding of Accounting, Consolidation, and financial Reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured working style.
• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in both German and English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bayreuth, Germany.
