VP, Product Management - AI Governance

Location: San Francisco, California is the primary location preference. Seattle, Denver, Atlanta, and New York may be considered for exceptional candidates. The company follows an office-first culture with three days per week in the office for most roles.

Salary: $255,000–$382,500 USD annual base pay, with potential discretionary bonuses, equity, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI Governance solution.
• Build AI Governance capabilities as part of the broader hirify.global platform and partner ecosystem.
• Translate market dynamics, customer AI-stack decisions, competition, and commercial opportunities into differentiated product deliverables.
• Align roadmap, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization with clear accountability and customer focus.
• Lead customer advisory and voice-of-customer programs and represent hirify.global with customers, analysts, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 16+ years of experience in enterprise software product management, including significant senior leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading product managers, product leaders, and people managers.
• Experience scaling products or product lines from early traction to a substantial business and building high-performing organizations.
• Broad understanding of AI Governance, with deep expertise in at least one area such as risk and compliance, security, identity and access, data governance, or AI cost governance.
• Strong commercial judgment, executive communication, prioritization, resource allocation, and platform tradeoff skills.

Nice to have

• Experience taking new categories from zero to $100M–$200M+ more than once.
• Experience building within category-leading platform businesses.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
