Principal Technical Professional - Telecommunication (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Design and deliver telecommunications and security solutions for offshore and onshore greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Develop client technical requirements into commercial design solutions across telecom and security systems.
• Prepare philosophies, specifications, block diagrams, datasheets, layouts, cable routing drawings, cable schedules, and interconnection and termination diagrams.
• Develop telecom installation drawings, scopes of work, RFQs, and material requests.
• Review telecommunications vendor documentation and coordinate interfaces between package vendors.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of experience in telecommunications engineering for oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
• Hands-on experience designing telecommunications solutions for offshore or onshore facilities.
• Experience with aeronautical navigation and communications, CCTV, data networks, marine navigation aids, optical fiber, public address and general alarm, radio, and satellite communications systems.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco and HCIS standards and procedures is required.

• RCDD certification.
• PSP certification.
