Production Specialist- Lead (C)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite in the Fab5 wafer fabrication facility

Salary: $21–27 per hour, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Operate highly complex equipment through the successive operations required to manufacture semiconductor devices.
• Facilitate fab workflow and line balance by understanding upstream and downstream operations.
• Ensure SPACE SPC data accuracy, address SPC violations, and assign corrective actions.
• Coordinate shift resource coverage, including break and lunch schedules, to keep critical equipment staffed.
• Support problem-solving activities related to scrap and misprocesses and promote continuous improvement teams.
• Plan and support training for Production Specialists while providing day-to-day leadership and clear shift handoffs.

Requirements

• In-depth production experience in a semiconductor fab and cleanroom environment.
• Ability to wear a cleanroom suit and personal protective equipment for the full shift.
• Ability to work a compressed shift schedule with dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read and follow detailed equipment specifications and written or verbal instructions.
• Good computer, math, reading comprehension, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to stand for 95% of the workday, walk for 90%, carry and lift 6 pounds, and push or pull up to 85 pounds on wheels.
