Salary: $38,250–$61,000 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding financial needs and goals.
• Provide tailored transactional, servicing, banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, outbound calls, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve customer concerns, and educate customers on digital banking and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve sales targets and follow regulatory, risk, and fraud-defense requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent background is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated relationship-building, consultative sales, cross-selling, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Computer proficiency, basic math skills, ability to use digital tools, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship; availability for branch hours, including weekends and evenings, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
