Senior AI Specialist (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for AI initiatives and execute the organization’s AI adoption strategy.
• Build and deploy production RAG pipelines and Cortex-based models with Data Engineering.
• Develop AI policy, governance standards, and organizational readiness practices.
• Evaluate embedded AI capabilities across the technology stack, consolidate redundant tools, and reduce underutilized spend.
• Architect and build AI components for Workato, Oracle Integration Cloud, and other automation workflows.
• Partner with business and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, communicate strategy, and measure business impact.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based systems in production.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering at scale.
• Knowledge of enterprise automation platforms such as Workato and Oracle Integration Cloud, or equivalent.
• Experience developing or contributing to AI governance frameworks, usage policies, or organizational standards.
• Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake and Cortex and collaborating with data engineering teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment requires a drug screening and background check.
