Lead Agentic AI Developer (AI)

Location: Remote in the US and Canada

What you will do

• Architect and build autonomous AI agents with advanced reasoning, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Design multi-agent orchestration systems using planner, supervisor, and executor patterns.
• Implement Spec-Driven Development systems that convert requirements into executable workflows and code.
• Define artifacts including RequirementsPack, ArchitecturePack, and execution manifests.
• Build memory systems using vector databases, knowledge graphs, and hybrid RAG.
• Optimize scalability, latency, cost, reliability, and enterprise API integrations while mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years building Generative AI or LLM systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
• Experience with distributed systems, backend architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable system design; AWS is preferred.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, reasoning systems, prompt and context engineering, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and multi-agent design.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar, plus Spec-Driven Development and spec-to-code workflows.
• Applicants must be located in the US or Canada; Canadian applicants must be legally able to work in Canada without limitations.

Nice to have

• Production-grade agent systems and SDD frameworks such as OpenSpec or BMAD.
• Knowledge graphs, graph-based reasoning, Kubernetes, Docker, scalable infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• SDLC automation, coding agents, MCP or A2A communication patterns, reinforcement learning, agent optimization, or enterprise AI platforms.
