CX Internal Enablement Specialist (SaaS & AI)

Location: Westminster, Colorado or Atlanta, Georgia; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $85,900–$118,100 per year; bonus eligible and not commission eligible

What you will do

• Drive adoption and effective use of CX enablement platforms and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Design, create, and deliver training content and video resources for onboarding, technology launches, and continuous development.
• Administer and optimize the Docebo learning management system and Seismic content management platform.
• Coordinate events and meetings related to enablement programs.
• Use AI solutions and streamlined workflows to improve daily efficiency and team processes.
• Partner with AECO CX enablement leaders and product experts to refine tool delivery and enablement approaches.

Requirements

• Experience developing, managing, and delivering training and enablement in a customer experience environment, ideally within enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with learning management and enablement platforms such as Seismic and Docebo, plus Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency with Asana and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining the rationale for new tools and encouraging process adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education or equivalent practical experience in a relevant enablement role.
• Fluent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and editing high-quality video content with Camtasia or Adobe software.
• Practical experience deploying AI tools to automate workflows and improve daily work.
