Global Head of Talent Acquisition (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid in Warren, New Jersey, with a minimum of three days per week in the office

Salary: $237,000–$315,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop geographically dispersed talent acquisition teams across regions and functions.
• Oversee global recruiting operations, governance, process optimization, automation, and recruiting performance metrics.
• Lead executive searches and build talent pipelines for critical roles across underwriting, claims, actuarial, technology, finance, operations, and corporate functions.
• Develop the global employer brand, employee value proposition, candidate attraction campaigns, and inclusive candidate experience.
• Advance internal mobility, skills-based hiring, recruiting analytics, and responsible use of AI-enabled recruiting technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a complex global organization.
• 7+ years leading geographically dispersed recruiting teams.
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or specialized professional services.
• Experience developing global recruiting strategies, leading large-scale hiring programs, and recruiting executive and specialized talent internationally.
• Strong talent acquisition technology, workforce analytics, AI-enabled recruiting, leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
