Sr. Oracle EPM Cloud Planning Engineer

What you will do

• Drive Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions for financial planning, forecasting, analytics, and decision-making.
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable technology solutions with business and IT teams.
• Improve and automate Excel-based finance processes and controls.
• Manage EPM metadata, dimensions, reporting artifacts, calculation scripts, business rules, and data integrations.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Support SOX, ITGC, financial audit activities, Agile ceremonies, and recurring enhancement delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and enterprise financial planning solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Smart View, HFR, OAC, and/or OBIEE reporting, analytics, and visualization tools.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in Agile delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of HFM/FCCS, FDMEE, OAC/Essbase, and scripting or automation tools.

Nice to have

• MBA, master's degree, or another advanced degree.
• Experience with intercompany eliminations, financial consolidations, and SAP technologies.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, MFA, connector server client configuration, and multiple Active Directory domains.
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and/or Spanish.
