Solutions Consultant - Warehouse Automation

Location: Remote anywhere in the UK; office located in Castle Donington.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end solution design process for hirify.global opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into validated solution proposals using operational analysis, material flow modelling, simulations, and 3D renderings.
• Support strategic and enterprise opportunities with validated concepts, ROM estimates, ROI input, and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop expertise in hirify.global technology, products, and integration strategies to create scalable solutions.
• Educate customers and partners on product capabilities, developments, and best practices.
• Enable partners through training, technical support, and solution governance.

Requirements

• Experience in solution design, technical consulting, engineering, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical capability and the ability to translate customer requirements into scalable, commercially viable solutions.
• Ability to prepare and deliver customer-facing proposals supported by simulations, visualisations, cost estimates, and structured documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting opportunities across the customer journey.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to coordinate across regional teams.
• Comfort with training, enablement, and providing technical guidance to key stakeholders.
