Vendor Operations Specialist / Vendor Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote; available in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, and Spain

What you will do

• Own the full vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, contracting, and renewals.
• Coordinate procurement and lifecycle management for company hardware and IT equipment.
• Manage software subscriptions, identify waste and duplicates, and maintain renewal calendars.
• Coordinate with Legal on MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Run KYC/KYB processes, maintain vendor documentation, and act as the operational contact for third parties.
• Identify manual workflows and build scalable automations, trackers, reports, and compliance packages.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, finance, procurement, or a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing track.
• Confidence pushing back on vendors, timelines, and incomplete answers.
• Clear communication in English.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows, process optimization, and operational automation.
