Senior Manager, Media & Sports

What you will do

• Own Nature Made’s long-term and annual media strategy, including channel roles, audience approach, investment principles, and learning agenda.
• Manage the national media budget and optimize investment across channels and partners.
• Lead TV and video investment planning and the upfront process from briefing through approval.
• Develop sports marketing investment strategy, negotiate partnerships, and govern activation.
• Set acquisition and retail media strategy for direct commerce and national retail investments.
• Lead media measurement, agency relationships, and capability development across targeting, testing, technology, and AI-enabled optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in media, including 3+ years as a brand-side media lead for a consumer brand.
• Experience across TV/video, digital, social, search, programmatic, and retail media.
• Experience leading a media agency relationship as the primary client lead.
• Experience managing one or more direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• U.S. work authorization is required; immigration sponsorship or support is not available.
