hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage accounting operations, software, and charts of accounts for multiple healthcare-industry clients.
• Coordinate accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transaction recording.
• Coordinate and review month-end reconciliations, including prepaids, receivables, fixed assets, payables, accruals, investments, and debt.
• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger activity, cash flow, and allocations.
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, audit and tax return workpapers, and other client requests.
• Oversee Associates and Analysts and support internal audit, due diligence, and system-selection projects.

• Two years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combinations of experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and accounting processes.
• Ability to review financial statements and complete complex account reconciliations.
