Manager, IT Infrastructure

Location: 100% onsite at the headquarters in American Fork, Utah, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, hire, onboard, and manage a team of IT engineers across networking, identity, SaaS, and end-user systems.
• Build an engineering culture based on ownership, documentation, automation, agile planning, prioritization, and on-call escalation.
• Define and execute the corporate IT infrastructure roadmap in partnership with Security, Engineering, and Business Operations.
• Establish and report enterprise SLAs and KPIs, including uptime, MTTR, incident response, and provisioning accuracy.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor negotiations, and enterprise SaaS licensing efficiency.
• Oversee corporate LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN/SD-WAN, ZTNA, IAM, least-privilege access, RBAC, automated lifecycle workflows, and SOC 2 control ownership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including at least 2 years of direct people management.
• Experience scaling IT infrastructure and teams in high-growth corporate environments.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise networking, including firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN/ZTNA, and SD-WAN.
• Operational expertise with Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, SSO, MFA, and SCIM provisioning.
• Experience managing and securing enterprise SaaS and tooling ecosystems, including productivity suites, ITSM, and MDM.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; successful employment requires drug screening and a background check.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Okta Certified Administrator, or CCNP.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.
