IT Support Engineer

What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support and remote troubleshooting for users in corporate offices and data center environments.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain operating systems, applications, servers, networks, workstations, and other IT equipment.
• Administer user accounts, access permissions, security settings, multi-factor authentication, and password-management practices.
• Support system upgrades, cloud migrations, infrastructure improvements, business applications, and cross-functional IT initiatives.
• Create and maintain IT knowledgebase articles, train end users, manage hardware procurement, and maintain asset inventories.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and operations.
• A two-year associate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Ability to solve complex problems, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and scale solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Trustworthiness, reliability, self-motivation, and professional handling of confidential information.

Nice to have

• IT support experience in innovative technology, data center, microgrid, or mission-critical facility environments.
• Professional certifications such as A+, Security+, Azure, or AWS.
