Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; 100% in-person work at the client site

What you will do

• Lead product discovery by engaging clients and stakeholders, understanding pain points, and validating assumptions.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives and client expectations.
• Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions with business and technical partners.
• Partner with engineering and design to balance user value, feasibility, compliance, and time to market.
• Establish success metrics, gather feedback, and iterate based on evidence.
• Improve agile product practices, cross-squad collaboration, and predictable delivery.

Requirements

• Must be located in Austin, Texas and work 100% in person at the client site.
• Advanced or fluent English required for daily client-facing communication.
• At least 3 years of Product Management experience or equivalent end-to-end product ownership.
• Healthcare or health IT experience, including workflow optimization, process improvement, operational efficiency, and regulatory or compliance awareness.
• Strong product discovery, backlog definition, user story, acceptance criteria, agile, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with product and agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, analytics, or roadmapping platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in client-site or consulting engagements with international stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in architecture, integrations, and engineering feasibility.
• Experience in regulated industries and contributions to product or agile communities.
