Data Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Primarily remote with 2–3 onsite visits per month at the Columbia, MD office. Candidates must be located in Washington, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Delaware.

hirify.global is recruiting for a client’s Provider Data Transformation project within Salesforce.

What you will do

• Support the extraction and creation of healthcare metrics and reports.
• Understand data needs and advise on appropriate technological resources.
• Aggregate and analyze multiple data sets with senior team members to provide actionable insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and tools for business users and senior leadership.
• Develop technical solutions that improve data access and usage.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, including at least 1 year in a healthcare payor organization.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience extracting data and documenting or creating reports and metrics for senior leadership review.
• Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite and Databricks.
• Experience with Tableau and Python or Salesforce.
• Availability for 2–3 onsite visits per month at the Columbia, MD office.
