AI, Data & Technology Intern (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid with in-person attendance required at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

Salary: $37 per hour in the Chicago office.

What you will do

• Support advisory and implementation engagements addressing client business and technology needs.
• Assist in building solutions using AI engineering, data engineering, and data science.
• Assess client technology environments against industry best practices and maturity frameworks.
• Help develop recommendations, business cases, process improvement analyses, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support application package selection, solution design, implementation planning, proposals, and client presentations.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, financial models, budgets, and technology transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, computer engineering, informatics, management information systems, AI, data science, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Digital fluency and demonstrated ability to use technology, data, and basic AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
• Strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex team environments, understand client needs, and apply technology to improve efficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not available.
