What you will do
- Write, script, storyboard, and pitch video concepts for product launches, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Lead video projects from ideation through final delivery, managing schedules, budgets, logistics, and production partners.
- Direct engineers, executives, actors, and other on-set talent while leading camera composition, lighting, and field audio.
- Edit quick-turn digital cuts, internal updates, promotional assets, and rough assemblies using non-linear editing tools.
- Capture product, behind-the-scenes, and environmental photography for web and social channels.
- Collaborate with executive, product, and engineering teams and supervise external motion graphics and finishing vendors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience writing, producing, and directing video content.
- Advanced scriptwriting, storyboarding, narrative pacing, visual storytelling, and concept pitching skills.
- Experience with end-to-end production management, including planning, scheduling, budgets, logistics, and delivery.
- On-set directing and cinematography skills, including camera composition, cinematic lighting, and field audio.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, plus digital photography and basic image retouching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience in hard-tech, automotive, or consumer electronics.
- Robotics experience.
