Bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor

Location: Remote office in Canada

hirify.global provides life insurance and related protection products, including products sold by Canada Protection Plan.

What you will do

• Provide insurance advice and conduct client needs analyses.
• Complete sales applications and support prospects throughout the application process.
• Sell and service life insurance products, including life and critical illness insurance.
• Record prospect feedback accurately in an online system.
• Communicate with prospects and clients through verbal and written channels.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and quality targets while supporting marketing and sponsor campaigns.

Requirements

• Provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses are required; Quebec licensing is mandatory.
• Obtain licensing outside Quebec within six months of hire.
• Full professional fluency in English and French, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated sales experience and the ability to follow scripts and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Prior call center experience.
