TL;DR
Technical Consultant - Atlassian (German Speaker) (Atlassian): Helping customers integrate, configure, migrate, and optimize Atlassian applications and related collaboration technologies with an accent on solution design, automation, and systems administration. Focus on implementing Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket solutions, scripting with Groovy and Python, integrating applications through REST APIs, and supporting pre-sales activities.
Location: Remote, Germany; candidate must be located in Germany. Travel to client sites and onsite work may be required where necessary.

What you will do
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, recommend Atlassian solutions, and present them to stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities by defining project scope, preparing estimates, and contributing to solution proposals.
- Install, upgrade, migrate, configure, and tune Atlassian applications and related technologies.
- Design and implement custom workflows, plugins, scripts, and integrations across Atlassian and other applications.
- Develop scripting solutions with Groovy and Python, work with databases, and use REST APIs for web integrations.
- Administer Linux and Windows systems, particularly application servers, while contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- German proficiency is required.
- Location in Germany is required.
- Experience in technical consulting, Atlassian toolsets, and migrations.
- Experience with ScriptRunner or scripting languages such as Groovy or Python.
- Experience with system administration, Linux, Bash scripting, database operations, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong written and spoken English, customer presentation skills, technical reporting experience, and strong organizational and collaboration abilities.
