Connected Workforce PMO (Digital Transformation)

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States; onsite role with approximately 20% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year.

What you will do

• Own the Connected Workforce portfolio, roadmap, governance framework, and prioritization process.
• Identify digital transformation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead medium-to-large cross-functional programs across manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate solution development and deployment, including User Acceptance Testing, deployment readiness, training, adoption, and sustainment.
• Lead organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies.
• Prepare executive communications, portfolio reviews, KPI dashboards, value realization reports, and recommendations for leadership and steering committees; manage licensing, hardware planning, vendors, and solution governance.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of project, program, or digital transformation leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software, manufacturing systems, automation, operational technology, or Connected Workforce initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and executive stakeholders.
• Experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, KPI frameworks, and ROI analyses.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and technology partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong program and portfolio management capabilities; proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in program management, digital transformation, Connected Workforce technologies, operational systems, and business process optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tulip, SAP, RFID, Machine Vision, Power BI, Tableau, IoT, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Prosci certification.
