Location: Cincinnati, Ohio; field-based work conducted on-site at customer locations

Salary: $26.35–$40.77 per hour

What you will do

• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan installations and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and systems at customer locations using software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as business needs require.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain records for company-issued and procured assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
• EPA certification.

• Technical school education or formal HVAC training.
