Analyst, Finance and Operations - Pomona

Annual base salary: $84,000–$105,000 USD

What you will do

• Process accounts payable, payroll, and travel and expense reimbursements.
• Perform accounting-system reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate payments and distributions with third-party administrators, investors, and general partners.
• Monitor daily cash positions and execute wires, transfers, capital calls, and distributions.
• Support corporate, SOX, regulatory, audit, and tax filing activities for management company entities.
• Execute project plans and provide financial accounting and administrative support to the Finance and Accounting leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of treasury execution and corporate accounting experience.
• Experience maintaining a strong internal controls environment and successfully delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and support multiple private equity management company entities.

Nice to have

• Experience with treasury management systems and automation tools.
• Experience updating and maintaining financial analyses and forecasts.
